These Terms of Use govern access to and use of AGPSIRA services, agreements, reporting tools, participant management features, Share-In-Revenues (SiR) functionality, and related platform services.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using AGPSIRA services, users agree to comply with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws, regulations, and platform requirements.
About AGPSIRA
AGPSIRA stands for Always Get Paid Share-In-Revenues Agreement. AGPSIRA provides tools, services, automation, reporting, participant management, agreement administration, and related technologies designed to support Share-In-Revenues (SiR) agreements.
Eligibility
Users must possess the legal authority and capacity to enter into agreements and use platform services. Users are responsible for ensuring their participation complies with applicable laws and regulations.
User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials, wallet access, account information, and other security-related data associated with their AGPSIRA participation.
Wallet Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for safeguarding wallet credentials, private keys, recovery phrases, and access methods used in connection with AGPSIRA-supported services.
Agreement Participation
Participation in AGPSIRA Agreements is governed by the terms, allocations, percentages, participant assignments, and policies established within each agreement. Users agree to honor the obligations associated with their participation.
Share-In-Revenues (SiR)
Share-In-Revenues (SiR) allocations, calculations, distributions, reporting, and participation rights are determined according to the applicable AGPSIRA Agreement and supporting platform rules.
Business Service Providers (BSPs)
Business Service Providers may contribute services including advertising, marketing, lead generation, sales, operational support, technology services, and related activities. Participation rights are determined by the applicable agreement.
External Account Holders (EAHs)
External Account Holders may contribute expertise, introductions, strategic relationships, advisory services, resources, or other forms of value to AGPSIRA Agreements. Participation rights are governed by the applicable agreement.
Platform Availability
AGPSIRA strives to provide reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted access, continuous availability, or error-free operation of platform services.
Intellectual Property
AGPSIRA trademarks, branding, software, designs, documentation, content, and related intellectual property remain the property of AGPSIRA and its licensors unless otherwise stated.
Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to engage in unlawful activity, fraud, unauthorized access, data misuse, security violations, interference with platform operations, or activities that harm participants, customers, or AGPSIRA services.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AGPSIRA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from platform use, agreement participation, technology failures, or service interruptions.
Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless AGPSIRA, its affiliates, partners, officers, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims arising from misuse of services, violations of these Terms, or unlawful conduct.
Termination
AGPSIRA may suspend, restrict, or terminate user access when necessary to protect platform integrity, comply with applicable requirements, or enforce platform policies.
Changes to Terms
These Terms of Use may be updated periodically. Continued use of AGPSIRA services after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Framework
Use of AGPSIRA services is subject to applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and platform policies.
